Anyone else having trouble with texts/images not sending w/ Google Messages?

Hi. I've noticed that messages have been hit or miss when I'm trying to send a photo. It often times just hangs forever and isn't sending. I'll toggle my Wi-Fi off and then back on again and then maybe it sends and then maybe it doesn't. Sometimes I just end up deleting the photo and then resending it and then it happens again and then at some point it actually sends. At other times it doesn't send it all and just stays hanging. I've already sent feedback. I was just wondering if anyone else's experience the same thing?

Are they going over RCS or MMS?

I have rcs enabled, but when sending to an iPhone user the problem occurs.

Are you using Samsungs built in text messenger app or something from the Play Store?

I'm also having issues with the text messages default Google app. Only mine is with the notification sound not sounding in all my messages. Some yes, others not.
