Just try again later. That's not because of Samsung that's because of your internet connection it's not downloading it fully. Also try turning off your Wi-Fi and then download it again.
I was just trying to help you but since you think it's funny good luck! You apparently didn't even know it didn't download fully you thought it was stuck "updating" and you're going to laugh at the solution I offered?? Lmao!!!!! I'm guessing your Wi-Fi must be the most solid in the world with no problem!!
