My battery is draining fast after the android 14 beta download. Before a full charge was last me all day now I'm lucky if I can get 6 hrs before I'm at 15%

you've probably seen this suggestion on other posts, but have you wiped your cache partition and repaired apps from the recovery menu to see if that helps?

Yes as other commentary have suggested. You need to wipe your cache partition using recovery mode and then reboot your device.
