I tried to post but you have to select a discussion and it won't let me do that, it keeps clearing out.
The watch won't stay connected to my phone and it just keeps restarting

This has been report all you need to do is a factory reset of the watch and the issue is resolved 

If you are unable to get to the reset menu on the watch, you will have to do it physically:

Hold down both buttons until you the watch resets and then shows the Samsung name.
Then click the Home button twice.
You will get to a text menu.
Click the home button multiple times to get Recovery menu highlighted.
Then long press on the Home button until the menu changes.
Then use the back button to scroll down to Factory reset.
Click the Home button to select Factory reset.
Use the back button to select yes
Click the Home button to activate it.
