Okay, so I've had time to mess with my Bluetooth headsets and car. The headsets sync great. The people's lips match the sound. My car does not. Now I'm thinking it's my car bit the UI update.

So, after the first install of the UI 4 the lips in the car matched. Then someone suggested I wipe my cache which I did. Then the YouTube videos were out of sync again. I drive a 2020 Ford Transit Connect which has Ford Sync 3 installed.
