Bug when swiping after closing app

Whenever I swipe after closing an app it occasionally treats that action as a tap. 

For example say I close Twitter by swiping up to go to my home screen, I then want swipe up again to apps menu but it registers where I start the swipe from as a tap. 

So if I start the swipe up from an icon it will open the app. It won't happen if you do it slowly but when you do it quickly it always happens. 

If that doesn't happen another bug shown in the picture where it the icon doesn't move in the transition from home screen to app screen occurs.
