Convert to eSim not working (TMobile)

When I click on "Convert to eSim" it just keeps loading, not even the cancel button works. I eventually have to close the app.

Didn't help in my case. I have asked T-Force to reactivate my physical SIM

Make sure you remove the old sim or turn off sim tray

Go to your t mobile account on the browser , and select your line number , then go to upgrade sim card , chose esim, type EID, after that , go to sim manager , scan qr code , and then just hit activate on TMobile site , and done

This issue has been resolved. The "Convert to eSim" works for TMobile now without any additional workaround steps. Thanks
