Enable bubbles for Messages app?

I have bubbles on for all my other bubble-compatible apps except Messages after updating to the beta, which you'd think would be safe LOL I can't figure out how to turn bubbles on, Messages Settings -> notifications doesn't show the bubbles option

I use Google Messages instead of the Default Samsung Messages and the Bubbles work.

As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.

Messages is a Samsung default app, what? Not Messenger. Messages, the Samsung default texting app. What are you on about lol
