Randomly Facebook Messenger crashes in the background

Yes, I get several facebook manager app crashes daily.

Well known issue with all apps Facebook related.

I do get the occasional background crash for other apps (mostly those I rarely use)

Try opening up the settings and then applications, then click on show all system apps and scroll down to the 3 Facebook applications pre-installed, and then clear all the data and cache

Done the cache clear. Still crashes
