I restarted my phone and watch then went into the wearable app and reconnected. Working fine for me now.

After update to Android 12, all Samsung Apps need to be updated from Galaxy Store. Updating S Health should resolve this issue. If it doesn't, please send us an error report from the Samsung memberās app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience
