I restarted my phone and watch then went into the wearable app and reconnected. Working fine for me now.

Hello @Jus-X ,

After update to Android 12, all Samsung Apps need to be updated from Galaxy Store. Updating S Health should resolve this issue. If it doesn't, please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience
