You mean like this screenshot? That's in the Galaxy Wearable app.

See if this helps ...
Phone > Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable
Force Stop (lower right)
Storage > Clear Cache
... try again

Did you update to latest version of galaxy wearable from galaxy store ?

Please post a screenshot of your galaxy wearable screen and your Bluetooth connection screen.
