Game Launcher is always listening for all phone notifications with no ability to turn off it's notification access. This seems like a privacy concern.
You can check this by turning on Game Launcher in Advanced Features then by checking Running Services in the Developer Options. Going to the Notification Access settings for all apps, Game Launcher is not listed.
