I have an unlocked device which uses the tmobile network but it won't install android 14 / one ui 6. It's left me at the beta last update and now how am I going to get the stable one from tmobile

Remove sim card, reboot, check for update. 🖖

I tried that and it didn't work. I'm still stuck on beta 9. Unlocked S23 ultra, Tmobile network.
