Home screen freezes when switching recent apps

Does anyone else phone freezes when trying to switch between apps? Any one has any idea when beta 2 will be released?

It does it for me sometimes, hopefully they fix the majority of the major issues in the next update.

My whole screen freezes and can't get it to do anything. So I have to restart the phone 😒

I found a workaround by going to the home screen, and then switching apps. Trying to switch apps directly causes the beta to try and open all active apps at the same time, full screen, and crashes it.

This. My when only locks up for a few seconds if I try to open the recent apps while in another app. As you said, I just try and make it a point to go to the home screen before accessing the recent apps.

I too am having this problem still. I have cleared cache and restarted the phone, that hasn't worked. I fear putting beta 3 on since I've seen so many reports of random restarts. That is a serious problem that needs fixing if people are to be willing to participate in beta programs.
