How to fix App Icons not showing on Beta 4

I see a lot of people think beta 4 has taken out the app Icons and the color pallette. its just a setting

You can enable the app icons again by going to Settings -> Notification -> Advanced Settings -> Show app icon in notifications.

It fixed one icon, but I still have other blue icons not changing correctly

Are they old notifications? The setting only will apply to new ones after you toggle it.

They were, so I haven't seen any new yet to test but it will probably work then. Thank you so much!

Thank God. Strange that the setting doesn't immediately take effect. Only new notifications are affected moving forward.

Great catch.
Samsung should have made this the default setting toggled on. Would have created less drama with Beta 4.

I agree it should be enabled by default BUT I do think this is their way of showing us the feature. Again
