How to sign up for beta 12

Hi guys I'm new here and I don't see the banner to sign up for one u.i.4 beta (12).Any suggestions?

The beta reached max capacity no one new can join. It's also only Available for the S21 series of phones. However when samsung releases the 2nd beta they MIGHT open it up to more people/devices so it'd be a good idea to check frequently. If it does open up to more people there should be a banner at the top if the screen when you open the members app displaying it

It always fills up so fast. The pixel phones let anybody do it.
