I can't access Beta feedback, nor Beta notices

I have the unlocked by Samsung S23 Ultra, and I am not able to access "Beta feedback", nor "Beta notices" due to some nonsense about service provider changed. I have contacted Samsung support, and they have no clue what's going on. Is anybody else having this problem?

Who is your cell carrier?

I have four carriers. Three are on the eSIM, and the fourth one is on a physical SIM card.

Did you change providers? If so, you need to contact one of the beta moderators and ask for your profile to be updated.

Regular Samsung support can't help.

No, I didn't change providers. I have the same providers as I had before I enrolled in the beta program. 

How do I contact the beta moderators?
