Because beta 9 started for me good for couple of weeks and then couple of weeks after it starts acting crazy from bunch of UI crashes even apps bad animation slow  camera as well and a lot !moreshhhh

Beta 9 IS the stable version. No difference except for Good Lock and Google Pay functionality.

you do realize the current stable is beta 9.. so what you have is what you get . hopefully you've been doing your beta duties n reporting the issues to samsung..
