I reported this quite a while ago but it has yet to be fixed on my device. I haven't seen anyone discuss this, so I would like to ask if anyone is able to replicate this.

Here are the steps:
1. Play music or anything so that media player appears in the notification panel
2. Completely close the notification panel and wait at least 20-30 seconds
3. Swipe down to open the notification panel
At the very beginning, you might notice the jumping animation in media player from the last time position to the current time position.

I use Spotify as well and no issues with Media player when Spotify is running as it should. At times when Spotify glitches, it behaves funny.
