More Animation Issues

Just another report on animations that need fixed. I've reported these already, just want to make the community aware of what happens if you interact with stuff before an animation finishes

Screen Recording 1: Occasional hiccups when switching in and out of apps

Screen Recording 2: Frequent animation issues when repeatedly entering / exiting an app (iPhone has this done well!)

It's worth noting all these issues are also present on One UI 3.0 and newer. Hoping 4.0 will be as polished as 2.5 was

I noticed the same issues and rebooted the phone, and they disappeared only to reappear with heavy usage.
