Mute function still not there

You cannot mute the ringer volume by using the volume down button like you could on OneUi 7. Now you have to pull down the control panel to manually press on the vibration icon to mute it. 
Please fix this to be able to use the volume down button again . We shouldn't have to pull down the control panel to do this.

But your phone will accidentally be on mute, which is not supposed to happen, unless you really want it to. Now, if they change it, it will be hard for people to put it on vibrate. They will have to look at the phone to make sure it is not going on mute.

The previous behavior would have the volume stop at vibrate while holding down the button, then an additional click would put it to mute. Now the additional click doesn't do anything and you have to pull down the quick settings panel to get it to mute. This is annoying.
