My unlocked S21 Ultra 5G has yet to receive the Android 12 and UI 4 update?

I'm a little confused as to why I haven't received an Android 12 update yet on my Galaxy S21 Ultra even though it's said to have been released. My phone is unlocked and being used on T-Mobile.

Android 12 to the Galaxy S21 is terrible the phone lags very bad and is constantly choking up

Just be patient you will receive the update soon. I just received the update a few minutes ago, I'm going to install it soon and provide feedback. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G unlocked version with TMobile network in the USA.

Hello @ΛDΛM ,

All Unlocked devices should  be able to receive One UI 4 update at this time.  Update was opened for carriers in two separate rounds based on CSC which may have caused some of users to receive an update before others.

Please call us at 1-800-726-7864 if you are still unable to update to One UI 4.
