New icon on lock screen?

Anyone know what this new icon on the lock screen is next to camera?  It doesn't seem to do anything.

I don't have that but maybe Samsung pay icon! Maybe.

I don't have Samsung Pay installed so that theoretically could explain why it's doing nothing?
