No Beta 2 update after factory reset

I decided to back up my data on smart switch and factory reset to get the beta 2 update. I still didn't receive it after doing that. I wonder if I will ever get it. Beta 1 bugs still are a problem. I have to restart my phone from time to time to get the home screen to stop freezing. Smh

Thanks Mike. I tried that and got a error while trying to install the update. I'm just going to go a samsung store and have them look at it

I don't have a Samsung store by me I'd either be skrewed (I don't know why I can't spell it the correct way it blocks it here) or forced to send it to them which is kind of why I learned so much about it from prior mistakes.

Yes I believe only a Samsung store can Install the beta after a hard reset.
