This is garbage and tried to roll back using smart switch and it would not work at all. This is poor customer service I am about to get rid of this junk and buy a Google pixel they have customer support that is better than Samsung.
As official software update to One UI 4 is already available for Z Flip 3, we recommend upgrading to official version than downgrade using smart switch and lose all your data. We have enrolled you back in the beta program to enable you to download updates to official OneUI 4.
