Notification tab pretty slow/laggy

I noticed that when upgrading to 12, the notification tab where you see notifications at as well as the settings up top are pretty slow and laggy.

Settings > Accessibility > Reduce transparency and blur. I promise this'll fix it.

I noticed this too. A restart fixes it temporarily but after a few hours of use it gets laggy again. Otherwise the UI is very smooth!
