Turn on notification history in settings. After that wait for it to happen again and you can see if it was a real notification that was somehow dismissed.

This is happening to me too already made a report and sent logs. Very irritating happen when phone is in DND and when sound and vibration is Off. It's 'blop' type sounds that I do not have customized or used for any other notifications.
