It's been "official" for a long time now, it depends on the carrier, I don't know why people keep making posts like this when no one here knows(or would be able to know) when "soon" is.

Soon is now...I'm downloading it now. Check you're Software Update in settings. If it's now there now, check again on a few minutes.
