My S21 Ultra charges very slowly and runs quite warm. Then the battery drains quickly.. In about an hour it went from 50% to 20% just sitting there not being used. 

It was terrible a couple days ago, slightly better now. Runs warm. However it took all evening to charge from about 65% to 100%.

Try to open Device Care app. Click Battery > More Battery settings. In here you can re-enable the fast charge options.

For some unknown reason, upgrading to the beta disabled fast charging settings for me.

I remember a place where one could see the power draw od each app from top to least, but I can't find it now.
