Oneui 4 Beta - no way to register.

Hi all, 

Trying to register for the oneui beta. No banner is appearing. Not in the top or under benefits.

S21+ - I am on Verizon, but I have flashed the unlocked firmware and am the right U1 model.

Very confused.

UPDATE: just got off the phone with Samsung. They are equally unsure of why my s21 shows no banner. Told them full situation (being on Verizon but flashing Samsungs main firmware. They checked versions and remoted into my device using Tutor to look for answers.

Best guess given was maybe its a "wave" release and I'll get it soon. If not then call back.
