Phone Hot When Charging

Anyone else noticed phone getting really hot while charging? This hasn't happened to me before?

I think mine does get a bit hotter while charging, doesn't seem by a lot just noticable.

There's a screenshot of my basic phone temps. Phone being used to review email and YouTube comments. I've got 72% battery so not time to charge, however when I do, I can post second temp shot. Maybe the data will help somehow.
