Phone call issues

Everytime I'm on a call they say I'm echoing and they can't hear me. It takes a phone restart for it to actually work...

Does the echo occur only when you dial out? Or calls coming in? Or both ways?

Are you using WiFi calling when this happens? Or when using data? Or both?
