I have the latest beta update and whenever I play Monster Legends my phone will get super hot at the top of the phone to the right of the camera after only about 5 minutes of playing. Same goes for youtube and I just recently turned on Nova Launcher and my phone got super hot so I switched back to OneUI. My phone didn't start doing this until about a week ago when I updated. Even if I close out any background apps the phone will still get super hot after a short time on youtube or a game.

If you haven't already, do the following
( to the dismay of @ NeonX89)

=====
Press and hold Side key until you see Power Off - select it to power off the phone.

Now, off to the Maintenance (Recovery) screen:

Press and HOLD the Volume Up key, and while holding, press and HOLD the Side key.

When the Samsung splash screen appears, release both keys. Within a few seconds, you'll see the Maintenance screen, with a number of menu options.

Use the Volume Down key to highlight Wipe Cache Partition. Press Side key, select "Yes".

Now, Use Volume key to highlight "Repair Apps" (should be last menu option). Use Side key to select it.

The phone will automagically restart. Let the phone settle down for a couple of minutes.

... check for overheating ..

I tried this and it worked for a little while. But then my phone started to get hot again after using basic apps like Facebook and even the settings.

My solution: I switched my phone to power saving mode and it now works fine. Before I had power saving off with adaptive battery and optimized speed

Hello @CaptainLevi ,

Thank you for your feedback. If you havenā€™t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report along with screenshot of your battery usage screen immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung memberā€™s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team

Ok I will send one if it happens again. I changed to power saving mode and I have not had the issue. Previously I had power saving off, adaptive battery, and optimized speed

.
Yea, I'd not use aggressive settings during a beta build, unless of course you're testing for that on purpose, so that it can be reported šŸ‘ :beer_mug:
