Power saving mode for Bixby Routines

In Android 12 UI 4.1 I am able to create a routine that sets my phone in power saving mode while its charging. On this Android 13 Beta Version however, there is no action available in routines for power saving mode during phone charging.

 This routine combination has considerably speed up my phone's charging efficiency in the past. 

 Please bring back Power saving options for bixby routines.
