Quick panel missing elements Beta 3

• Quick panel on one swipe down is missing and on expanding it shows up but does not respond to touch. Multiple restart does not fix it. This happened recently with Beta 2 but somehow self corrected while charging.

That happened to me once as well. During the first boot after update. I didn't manage to catch it on the logs though. Hopefully you did. A reboot fixes it, but if you want it to come back without a reboot, go to the home screen, app drawer, 3 dots in the upper right, and enable swipe down for notification panel. Do that from the home screen and for whatever reason they show up again.
