Quick panel

I'm try docen of time, I'm unistall the app, reset the phone and the background in the Quick panel are a solid color and not blur. I did the same steps on my daughter's Galaxy (no Beta) and the background becomes blurry.

Someone with the same problem or with the solution?

Do you have settings -> Accessibility -> Visibility Enhancements -> Reduce transparency and blur tuned on ?
