Yes, I have an unlocked S21ultra on Verizon wireless, but there is a delay for Tmobile users, Tmobile had put a daily download limit on the update which is supposed to be removed tomorrow, please note that before you update your phone backup your data and also the update is an Ota via wifi due to the size of the firmware

I haven't gotten any update yet. S21 ultra unlocked on Google fi. I've heard they are supposed to push the update for everyone tomorrow.
