Samsprung not working on cover screen

I used samsprung app for my cover screen but now the widget doesn't even show up anymore

That's not even an official app, not even allowed. That's not something Samsung will even acknowledge.

As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.
