Samsung Shop login problem

I'm trying to login to samsung shop app and it is not letting me. It says that my samsung account already exists in account manager.

I'd suggest you send them an error report. I've seen various posts regarding the same issue. I did send a report. That should give them more visibility of the issue and hopefully passed along to the proper team.

Same issue here, and I sent them the error report/feedback as well.

It's a wide spread issue. I sent a error report but you can still login if you use the browser.
