It's not reachable especially when one needs to choose from another workout.

Also, the exercise history was erased so I no longer have access to any of my previous workouts and histograms.

I believe the data was lost.

Has anyone found similar issues??

Yes, I Uninstalled the health version I had from Google play and installed the version from Samsung store. Even though the Galaxy store version seems written in Korean (I'm guessing) it worked and i was able to track workouts from my watch

Is the app on the store written in Korean or the whole app after the install? Mine says I need to update but I don't want to if it'll stay Korean throughout the app.

It just seems to be a localization issue with how it displays in the Samsung Store. After installing and opening it, it was in English

If you have backed up data to your Samsung account, try Samsung Health -> More -> Sync now.

You can also use the same path in future to back up your data.
