Scrolling issues on beta 4

When scrolling down content (e.g. Google app or Samsung internet) scrolling speed is "bumpy" and not smooth.

very choppy scrolling, even after wiping cache partition and repairing apps...hopefully it will settle down after a few hours

Same with Instagram as well. Seems to be ok with other apps.

Yep. Snapchat affected as well. How did that pass QA?

It happens only when the screen is set at 120Hz but not 60

Same issue here, choppy scrolling on 120 hertz

It's bad on Facebook, noticed it on many other apps. Very jerky.
