Slow transition effects

Since the 4th beta I have been noticing the transition effects to be slow. 

Has anyone else noticed this and if so has it fixed itself or you know of a way to speed it up?

Some folks have mentioned this

I don't see the issue.

I just read a post where the person was experiencing the issue, but it went away after some xxxxx hours after updating to beta4.

I've been seeing the slow transitions, hasn't gotten better. The animations are choppy too. Scrolling stutters quite a bit and feels sluggish.
