I've found normally updates hit the east coast between 1am and 2am when not in beta. So that 10pm pst makes sense.

@Venom3184 So the people that helped bring this update to what it is gets **bleep** and not get it? So now I suffer with horrible battery life since Beta4 and mum's the word.
