I understand there might be a problem with the unlock phones stable update but treat us with respect and let us know what's going on then everyone wouldn't keep having to ask where is the update after you promised it to us several times and we still haven't received it without an explanation that's how you treat your beta testers who are helping to make your product better I just don't think it's right

Samsung already released the stable version. It's the carriers that's not releasing the update. They only released the carriers version

The carrier T-mobile in my case had nothing to do with the beta versions reaching me, so why would they even be involved with us getting the final version?

You can go to Sammobile site and check for yourself. All you got to do is go to firmware and put SM-G991U1. All the carriers got the stable version.

I have 2 S21U one doesn't have a sim card, the other one has a T-Mobile sim card, and I have been using the heta on it till this day. I still haven't got the final update I don't know if it's T-Mobile or if it's because I'm using beta still, but I'm still mad as it's been a week + since the final update is out.

All Unlocked devices should  be able to receive One UI 4 update at this time.  Update was opened for carriers in two separate rounds based on CSC which may have caused some of users to receive an update before others.

Please call us at 1-800-726-7864 if you are still unable to update to One UI 4.
