How do you set thus up?

Is QuickStar a new update, an app, or something that can be downloaded onto our phones to be part of future updates?

QuickStar is part of the Goodlock app. I am waiting for the update for the QuickStar because it shows unplugged for me.

If it helps, I faced a similar issue and it helped to uninstall goodlock (it doesn't cause for any settings already applied) and install it from the Samsung store (this part is crucial; don't install from Play Store). QuickStar should show it then
