Still won't give me the update!

I have been trying for 3 days now and it still won't give me the update! I got the first one within minutes of signing up!

You need to factory reset first and then after that you can go to settings and then update and you'll get it then. That's what others had to do so create a full backup using smart switch then factory reset then update and then re-install all of your stuff through smart switch..

How did you get the update to begin with and what carrier do you use? Where did you get the phone from?

Easy. signed up for beta got the update within a minute. I'm with Spectrum which runs off Verizon network. My phone is unlocked through Samsung

Well like I said in another post I had the same exact problem but I downloaded the update myself and flashed it via sideloading it but it will factory reset it again if you go that route. I also can't tell you how I got ahold of the update in order to flash it myself but I would say to Google and you might run into it. Also I don't work for Samsung and I'm not responsible for what happens to your device if you choose this route. Also search the post and you'll see the exact steps others took to get it to finally flash.
