As illustrated all across this board the past several days, if you (Samsung) do not communicate to people what's going on, the imagination starts filling in the blanks. This is how conspiracy theories begin. Even if the answer is "I don't know", it's preferable to being in the dark. I think most can handle information, good or bad.
