Thoughts on the UI?

What are your thoughts on the UI? 

I think fresh icons and an updated quick settings menu would go a long way to changing the look and feel of one UI 4.0. I was a little disappointed as I was expecting to see more UI changes. However I do appreciate the new improvements to the privacy settings.

No difference. My phone looks exactly the same . Matter of fact I think the UI took a step backwards

The notifications seem a little too thin as well.

I agree my guy... theyre heading the right direction but have a long way to go for it to be a better Ui

indeed, no significant changes, but that works for me. perhaps some of the under-the-hood changes will matter to me over time, but I'm just thrilled that the phone works just fine (i.e., no keyboard issues, random restarts, odd floating icons, etc.)

Material You is one of the biggest updates in Android 12. I just figured they hadn't added it yet, since this is the first beta. Hopefully it gets baked in down the road. Although I'm excited about the visual updates, I'd rather have all the other new features sooner if it means an earlier stable release.
