Touchscreen lag(?) Is back

Anyone else having the issue where it reads a tap when you intend to scroll, or missed touches altogether?

Mine is better then the last beta, but it's still there. For example in Brave browser, I can click on any button on the bottom and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Like for example the search icon. The first time it works. The second time it does not register I touched it, even though I just clicked it. Only the bottom of the screen. I can repeat it for Samsung anytime they want to login to my phone.

I think mine might be bottom as well, as it mainly happened while typing on the keyboard. But as I type this it's been perfectly fine.
